Exchange Terms

We want your experience to be completely satisfactory. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 7 days from receipt of the product to request an exchange.

To process an exchange or return, please note the following:

  1. The item must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging.
  2. Proof of purchase is required.
  3. Shipping costs for exchanges or returns may be the customer's responsibility, unless the reason is an error on our part or the product is defective.
  4. Once we receive and verify the product, we will process the exchange, store credit, or refund as applicable.
