1. Authenticity Guarantee

All our perfumes are 100% original and come directly from the fragrance houses or authorized distributors. For safety and hygiene reasons, returns of products that have been opened or used are not accepted.

2. Return Conditions

We only accept returns of sealed, unused products, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition, within the first 7 business days after delivery.

3. Product Use Exclusion

Returns of perfumes that show signs of use, tampering with the atomizer, alteration of the contents, or damage to the container or packaging will not be accepted.

4. Order Error

If the customer receives an incorrect product, they must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will cover the shipping and replacement costs.

5. Damaged or Defective Product

If the perfume arrives damaged or defective, the customer must send photographic or video evidence within the first 24 hours of receipt. After validation, a replacement or in-store credit will be issued.

6. Refund Processing

Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

7. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error or damage was the store's fault.

8. Promotional or Special Edition Items

Discounted, limited-edition, or exclusive promotional fragrances are not eligible for return or refund, except if they have verifiable factory defects.

9. Return Authenticity Verification

All returned products will go through a process of authenticity and condition verification. If the item does not meet return standards, it will be returned to the customer.
